Job Description

• leads product positioning, messaging, and go‑to‑market initiatives to ensure offerings are competitive and effectively adopted in the marketplace • serves as a key liaison between Product, Sales, Marketing, and Operations • develops and maintains product positioning and messaging tailored to employers, brokers, and benefit consultants • conducts competitive analysis, market research, and industry trend monitoring • leads go‑to‑market planning and execution for new product launches and enhancements • builds and executes marketing campaigns that drive adoption, engagement, and retention • supports Sales and Account Management teams through sales enablement activities • partners with Product, Underwriting, and Operations to align marketing with product development and compliance • translates customer, broker, and field feedback into actionable insights to inform marketing and product strategies • develops and oversees creation of marketing assets such as presentations, product guides, one‑pagers, FAQs, and case studies • contributes to thought leadership initiatives such as whitepapers and webinars • monitors and analyzes key performance indicators such as product adoption and broker satisfaction • uses data and performance insights to optimize messaging, campaigns, and positioning throughout the product lifecycle

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree Marketing, Business, or related field or equivalent experience required
  • Master's Degree MBA preferred
  • 5+ years product marketing experience with a background in both Business to Business and Business to Business to Consumer marketing required
  • 2+ years product marketing experience in group health insurance or related benefits industry required
  • Excellent communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to simplify complex insurance concepts required
  • Familiarity with health insurance regulations, compliance requirements, and benefit administration platform preferred
