Lead end-to-end labor relations and collective bargaining efforts

This role involves consulting with employees, faculty, staff, and retirees regarding health and retirement benefit plans, clarifying and interpreting applicable laws, regulations, and contract provisions. Key duties include counseling on various benefits, resolving eligibility or claims issues by serving as a liaison, tracking work via a ticketing system, and maintaining the integrity of the Human Capital Management (HCM) system database.
