Role Description
We’re looking for a Global Finance Systems – System Administration Team Leader (Corporate) to lead the system administration function across our global Finance Systems landscape. In this critical role, you will be responsible for ensuring operational stability, proactive monitoring, and high‑quality support for our invoicing, payments, data feeds, and finance modules.
- Lead and develop a team of System Administrators managing day‑to‑day operations, system access, configuration standards, and incident resolution across multiple platforms.
- Drive continuous improvements that reduce risk, minimise downtime, and enhance system reliability with a strong focus on automation and operational excellence.
- Work closely with Technical Leads, Product teams, and external vendors to ensure operational readiness for new features and support global deployments.
- Resolve issues before they impact customers or Finance, keeping our Finance Systems secure, efficient, and scalable across multiple time zones.
Qualifications
- Proven experience leading System Administration or Application Support teams.
- Deep understanding of system configuration, monitoring, integrations, and data flows.
- Excellent problem‑solving skills with a calm, structured approach to incidents.
- Strong knowledge of service management practices, including incident, problem, and change management.
- Experience working in regulated, control‑heavy environments.
- The ability to collaborate effectively with technical, finance, and vendor stakeholders.
- Outstanding communication and leadership skills.
- A proactive mindset and passion for driving operational excellence.
- A degree in technology, finance, or a related field is highly desirable.
