What Will You Be Doing?
In this role, you’ll support two dedicated clients: a beverage manufacturer (50%) and a flour‑based foods manufacturer (50%). You’ll work directly with client teams and internal partners to apply insights from Circana data: retailer‑level purchase dynamics, household behavior, business reviews, and custom analyses. The role is client‑facing from day one, with a strong emphasis on clear storytelling, responsiveness, and building trustworthy relationships.
You’ll help uncover client needs, translate them into actionable insights, and identify opportunities that drive growth. Your ability to build rapport, stay organized, manage multiple workstreams, and operate confidently in a fast‑paced environment will be central to your success.

Job Responsibilities

Drive Client Growth: Identify and pursue opportunities to expand client relationships by aligning Circana solutions to their strategic goals.
- Deliver Insight‑Led Solutions: Translate complex data into clear recommendations that support informed decisions.
- Manage the Sales Cycle: Support prospecting, needs assessment, solution development, negotiation, and closing.
- Collaborate Cross‑Functionally: Work with Client Insights, Product, and Analytics teams to deliver integrated solutions.
- Maintain Industry Expertise: Stay current on trends in retail and CPG to serve as a trusted advisor.
- Build Strategic Relationships: Develop strong relationships with stakeholders across client organizations.
- Utilize Sales Tools: Use Circana platforms such as Unify+, Liquid Data, and the Intelligence Suite to support client needs.
- Champion Client Success: Anticipate challenges, identify growth opportunities, and ensure consistent value delivery.

Advanced Analytic Skills: Lead fact‑based analyses that generate clear, actionable insights for client strategy.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree and 2+ years of analytics experience in Consumer-Packaged Goods (CPG) or similar environments leveraging data and analysis to deliver client value.

Proven ability to translate analysis into meaningful business implications.

Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and syndicated data tools (Circana/IRI/NielsenIQ); panel data experience is a plus.
- Strong project management and process skills. Ability to thrive in a constantly changing agile environment, and to execute multiple work streams across clients.
- Able to engage in consultative manner with clients at senior levels when helping solve/manage content deliverables.
- Strong written and verbal communication, presentation and storytelling skills.
- Remote location, but available to work client business hours. Needs to be able to work up to 5 PM Pacific Time up to 3 days a week.

Location
This is a remote position and can be based in any location in the US. The candidate must be able to work client hours up to 5 PM US Pacific Time up to 3 days a week.
The below range reflects the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. This range may be modified in the future. An employee’s position within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, shift, travel requirements, sales or revenue-based metrics, any collective bargaining agreements, and business or organizational needs. The salary range for this role is $60,000 - $80,000.
