Job Requirements
- 2-3+ years of experience in digital advertising, with a focus on business development, lead generation, and partner acquisition
- Solid understanding of the digital advertising landscape, specifically regarding traffic sources, ad formats, integration types (Native, API, Header Bidding/Prebid, RTB)
- Proven ability to conduct deep market research to identify valid opportunities and traffic sources
- Ability to identify the right decision-makers and tailor pitches to specific potential partners
- Proven track record of moving opportunities from initial contact to contract negotiation and signing
- Strong understanding of market dynamics and the ability to adapt strategies to changing industry trends
- Advanced English, Fluent Ukrainian
- Existing network of contacts within Supply-Side platforms, Ad Networks, Native Traffic sources (will be a plus)
- Experience with OpenRTB standards and Prebid environments (will be a plus)
