Job Requirements
- High School Diploma required; Associate Degree preferred
- Minimum of 3 years of fraud detection/deterrence banking industry required
- Familiarity with banking rules and regulations including Nacha rules and Regulation E required
- CFE Credential is a plus
- APRP/AAP Credential is preferred
- Can work cross-functionally with various departments of the Bank
- Prior experience with banking applications including Alloy, MANTL, Q2 Online Banking, Finxact, and Savana Servicing highly desired
- Minimum required internet speed of 75 Mbps download and 25 Mbps upload, faster speeds are always better
- Ability to provide weekend coverage (2 days off during the weekdays, and on during the weekends)
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Outstanding problem-solving and time management skills
- Self-motivated, self-directed, and results-oriented
- Adaptable and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Can work independently and within a team; solution-oriented with a collaborative approach

The analyst will be responsible for reviewing and reconciling daily sales data, bank deposits, and credit card transactions, while also identifying and resolving discrepancies or potential fraudulent activity. This role further involves managing bank platforms, assisting with daily treasury operations like fund transfers (ACH/wire), and contributing to month-end close activities.
