The Role
We are hiring high-energy, data-driven Enterprise Account Directors to spearhead LJI’s growth within the US.
As a key member (an Individual contributor) of our enterprise sales team, you will be responsible for achieving sales targets by selling GRAVTY® solutions to LJI’s enterprise customers/ "ecosystem-centric" industries where customer frequency and high transaction volumes are key. You will guide enterprises from their first interaction through to a successful launch, helping them realize the full transformative value of GRAVTY®.
This is a strategic role for a "Challenger" sales leader who excels at building long-term C-suite relationships, navigating complex organizational structures, and driving large-scale digital transformation.
What You’ll Do
- Strategic Visioning: Define and execute a well-defined sales strategy and roadmap for your accounts/territory to achieve your sales objectives and targets. This involves analysing market trends, competitor analysis, identifying growth opportunities, pipeline creation etc.
- C-Suite Engagement: Build and maintain deep-rooted relationships with CIOs/CTOs/CMOs/ CXOs, acting as a trusted advisor on loyalty and tech-driven engagement.
- Complex Problem Solving: Solve unique customer challenges with resilience, using GRAVTY®’s flexible architecture to deliver bespoke value.
- Thought Leadership: Clearly articulate LJI’s value proposition and industry impact, demonstrating how our serverless technology and unique GRAVTY®offerings,transform loyalty into a strategic growth engine, driving measurable results and sustained competitive advantage.
- Ecosystem Mastery: Work effectively with System Integrators (SIs) and partners, resellers, and marketing agency partners to scale LJI’s footprint within massive enterprise accounts.
- Internal Collaboration: Lead cross-functional teams across Sales, Product, Marketing, and Delivery to ensure a seamless customer journey from initial pitch to value realization.
What You Bring (Must Haves)
- Proven Track Record of 7+ years of experience in Enterprise SaaS sales, with a consistent history of achieving million-dollar + deals in sales.
- Industry fluency with a specific experience selling SaaS products (Loyalty/CRM/Marketing/ERP/similar) and managing large-scale digital transformation deals.
- Prior experience and customer relationships in airlines/travel/hospitality/retail/telecom/ banking industries.
- Deep familiarity and experience with modern deal frameworks like MEDDPICC/The Challenger Sale/GAP selling/equivalent methodology.
- Proficiency with CRM systems viz zoho, hubspot, salesforce, etc
- Startup DNA and a "Juggernaut" mindset—thriving in a fast-paced, high-growth environment where you are comfortable navigating ambiguity and building the "playbook" as you go.
- Communication Mastery with exceptional storytelling and presentation skills, whether in-person or a Zoom, through compelling PowerPoint delivery and presence.
- Proven ability to lead high-stakes negotiations that protect deal margins while securing long-term, multi-year client commitments - You don't just "discount" to win; you trade value.
- Expertise in identifying the "Economic Buyer," the "Technical Champion," and the "Hidden Saboteurs” and using your influencing skills to build a consensus across the client organization.
- Gravitas to hold your own in a boardroom of C-suite executives, influencing their digital transformation roadmap by tying loyalty technology to their overarching business valuation and "BIT" (Behavior, Influence, Transaction) goals.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, or related field. MBA preferred.
