Job Description
Re‑architecting U.S. healthcare demands speed, precision, and an obsession with details. Cadence is building a remote care delivery system that keeps older people healthy, out of the hospital, and at home. By pairing each patient with a dedicated clinical team that reviews their health every day, versus every few months, we catch issues early and intervene before they escalate. The result: measurably better outcomes for patients and less administrative burden for clinicians.
Today, Cadence supports tens of thousands of active patients nationwide. Our AI‑powered system and scalable clinical model enable proactive, population‑level care. We’re among the fastest‑growing companies in healthtech, and we’re just getting started.
The Cadence Solutions team seeks a Technical Implementation Manager to join our team. This person will be responsible for working closely with Cadence's health system partners and internal teams to launch a world-class remote intervention platform. You'll collaborate closely with external vendors, engineering, data, sales, partnerships, and product management teams. You will engage with technical leaders at some of the nation’s largest health systems to implement integrations, leading the rollout of our clinically-proven program to hundreds of thousands of patients.
WHAT YOU'LL DO:
- Act as the primary internal and external resource for partner EHR integrations, including project managing the initial integration to completion and maintaining high quality integrations and upgrades.
- Translate complex EHR requirements into actionable project plans.
- Facilitate strong collaboration between IT, clinical, and administrative teams to ensure successful and timely EHR integration at health system partners.
- Manage communications with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring all parties are informed of project progress, risks, and issues.
- Develop comprehensive materials and project plans, including scope, objectives, timelines, and resource allocation.
- Provide testing, QA, and go-live support for newly implemented health systems.
- Provide testing, QA, and post-live support for existing health systems.
WHAT YOU’LL NEED:
- 3-5 years of experience in technical implementations and project management.
- 3-5 years experience with healthcare EHRs like Epic, Cerner, and Athena.
- Familiarity with coding languages and AI tools such as SQL, Go, and Claude Code
- Experience partnering with large partners on technical projects, including influencing key relationships.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills with a focus on cross-functional collaboration.
- Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies and healthcare IT standards.
- Comfort working in a high-growth and fast-paced environment.
WHO WE ARE:
We move fast, raise standards, and own outcomes. We hire drivers, not passengers – people who take initiative, solve problems, and sweat the details because lives depend on it. Momentum matters in healthcare where slow decisions cost lives. At Cadence, we set a high bar and back each other relentlessly to clear it. If you’re ready to do the best work of your career and make a real impact in healthcare, join us.
WHAT YOU’LL GET:
- Autonomy to tackle big, complex problems that matter
- An opportunity to improve lives every single day
- A chance to shape a category‑defining company at scale
- Medical, dental, and vision insurance
- Competitive total compensation and meaningful equity
- TelaDoc (virtual primary care)
- National and local discounts powered by TriNet
- Unlimited PTO and paid holidays
- Remote equipment setup and home office stipend
