Job Description
Job Requirements
- At least three years of experience in the practice of law
- Bar admission in Virginia, Maryland, Washington, DC, or Minnesota
- Some experience in negotiating/drafting contracts preferred
- Experience with contract management software
- Experience with SaaS contracts preferred
- Higher education experience preferred
- Bachelor’s degree and JD from an ABA-accredited law school
- Must be able to travel 10% of the time
- Must be able to lift 25 lbs
