RRC CORE VALUES   Must understand and personify RRC’s core values: Client Satisfaction – understands the goal of always exceeding our client’s expectations Employee Happiness – able to work well with others, communicate clearly with coworkers, promote a positive work environment, and mediate conflicts between team members Quality Work - able to take ownership, work independently, prioritize workload, and deliver quality results on time while working on multiple projects simultaneously Above and Beyond - versatile, flexible, able to anticipate the needs of the company, take the initiative, and willing to go out of your way to assist others   ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES   Oversee daily drafting operations, enforce CAD standards, and QA/QC procedures to maintain consistency and accuracy across department deliverables Manage and mentor drafting staff, and collaborate with project managers and field crews to deliver accurate, high-quality survey documents Serve as a technical resource for drafting challenges, providing guidance and support to the team Review and approve deliverables for the team Manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment Ensure compliance with client requirements, regulatory standards, and company guidelines   MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS (KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES) Associate or Bachelor’s Degree in Drafting Technology, Surveying preferred Equivalent experience with demonstrated leadership will be strongly considered. 10+ years of survey or civil drafting experience At least 3+ years in a supervisory role Strong technical proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D Solid knowledge of NCS, NSPS, FEMA FIRM, and related industry standards Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills High attention to detail and commitment to producing accurate, quality deliverables   BENEFITS   RRC is committed to investing in talented employees because we recognize that healthy, happy employees provide the best path to sustaining a successful business.
