• Lead client-facing discovery and process mapping sessions to document current-state and future-state workflows. • Translate business and process requirements into functional specifications and implement them directly in Microsoft 365 (Power Apps, Power Automate, SharePoint, Power Pages). • Design, build, and configure Canvas and/or Model-Driven Power Apps to support use cases such as request intake, approvals, case management, and project tracking. • Develop and maintain Power Automate flows to automate approvals, notifications, data synchronization, and cross-system workflows. • Configure SharePoint sites, lists, libraries, permissions, and views to support business teams and provide structured document/process management. • Configure Dataverse (or lists) for data models, relationships, and security aligned to business requirements. • Plan and execute internal testing, then coordinate and lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) with client stakeholders; capture feedback and refine solutions. • Coordinate rollout plans and support enterprise deployment, including communications, training, and cutover activities. • Create clear documentation for processes, configurations, and user guides to support ongoing operations and adoption. • Provide post-go-live support, troubleshooting, and iterative enhancements based on user feedback.
