  • Identify and assess changes, and manage them through the established change management process.
  • Provide clear, concise program updates to stakeholders and team members. Consolidate inputs and data into meaningful status reports and dashboards.
  • Contribute to improving project delivery methodologies, tools, and best practices. Recommend process adjustments to increase efficiency and scalability.
  • Leverage your technical knowledge to understand solution approaches, dependencies, and trade-offs. Participate in technical discussions and assist in translating requirements into actionable plans.
  • Support onboarding of new team members and share knowledge of tools, processes, and domain expertise. Contribute to a collaborative team culture.

Qualifications

  • 4+ years of overall IT project management experience.
  • 2+ years of experience leading contact center transformation programs including Amazon Connect, Dialogflow CX, and Genesys Cloud, with practical knowledge of Agile frameworks.
  • Demonstrated ability to independently own and deliver enterprise-scale programs involving cross-functional teams and complex dependencies with data driven approach.
  • Proven track record of influencing across organizational boundaries and engaging with senior leaders (Directors, VPs) to drive alignment and execution.
  • Strong communication, facilitation, and storytelling skills to bridge technical and non-technical audiences

We offer:
