Role Description

This position is based in the San Antonio area with the potential to be remote!

• Assist members with their mortgage lending needs.
• Analyze loan requests and make credit decisions based on mortgage lending policy.
• Exercise discretion and judgment consistently.
• 50% outside sales role.
• Identify, develop, and maintain a quality network of business relationships for referrals.
• Network may include Real Estate professionals, Builders, and other valuable referral sources.
• Participate in business-related development opportunities and community efforts to promote homeownership.
• Respond to member inquiries and referrals from personal contacts and other Alliance business channels.
• Conduct interviews with prospective borrowers to analyze financial and credit data.
• Determine member financing objectives and advise on product/pricing policies and guidelines.
• Gather any additional required information from members.
• Ensure exceptional member service by maintaining thorough knowledge of lending programs, policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
• Demonstrate a commitment to professional ethics and comply with all Federal and State compliance policies.
• Adhere to HMDA requirements.
