About the Role

LearnLux is seeking qualified personal finance professionals who have experience providing one-on-one financial guidance to individuals to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will hold relevant personal financial planning designations, certifications, or academic diplomas.

In this role, you will leverage the LearnLux digital platform to work directly with employees across Algeria, delivering unbiased, holistic financial guidance tailored to their unique needs. Your financial expertise and member-first approach will help employees prepare for and achieve their personal financial goals.

This is a fully remote role based in Algeria, reporting to our Global Planning Manager.

Key Responsibilities

  • Meet and engage with members remotely via video, chat, and email to guide them on topics such as budgeting, retirement readiness, equity compensation, and more.
  • Adapt the LearnLux Global Planning methodology to serve members in your region best.
  • Participate in regular team meetings and contribute your subject-matter expertise to improve the financial guidance provided to members continuously.
  • Develop a deep understanding of member benefit plans, acting as a trusted extension of their HR or benefits team during open enrollment periods.
  • Collaborate with our content team to create outlines, review financial lessons, and approve content for the LearnLux digital platform.
  • Lead engagement initiatives for employer partners, including digital webinars and occasional on-site events.

You Should Have

  • A designation, certification, or diploma in personal financial planning or a relevant field.
  • At least five years of experience providing one-on-one guidance across multiple areas of personal finance, including retirement, equity compensation, budgeting, debt management, estate planning, and insurance.
  • Advanced knowledge of regional financial systems and regulations.
  • Fluency in Arabic and English, both written and spoken.
  • A genuine passion for financial education and empowering individuals to make informed financial decisions.
  • The ability to manage multiple tasks concurrently, prioritize effectively, and collaborate with a distributed team.

Nice to Have

  • Additional knowledge and willingness to support other Arabic-speaking countries in the region.
  • Experience working in a remote or distributed team environment.
  • Comfort working across multiple digital applications and platforms.
  • Experience developing and delivering presentations to large audiences.
