- Bachelor's degree in human resources, business or a related field and 3 years’ experience working in Human Resource field required or equivalent combination of education and work experience.
- Must be able to work in unregulated temperatures within the warehouse during the warmer and colder months can range from mild to moderate
- Microsoft Office
- Experience with HRIS systems.
- Recognized HR Professional Certification a plus
