• Act as a strategic partner to Sales Leadership, identifying bottlenecks in the sales funnel and proactively proposing solutions to drive revenue growth. • Define, build, and operationalize core sales metrics including pipeline health, conversion rates, and sales velocity. • Own the end-to-end administration of sales commission structures, ensuring tracking is accurate, transparent, and motivating for the team. • Manage and optimize our GTM tech stack, specifically Salesforce and Gong, to ensure data integrity and process efficiency. • Support the implementation and reinforcement of sales methodologies to create a predictable and repeatable sales motion. • Own major initiatives solo—from selecting new vendor tools to redesigning the lead-to-cash workflow—with minimal oversight.
