• The Project / Account Manager owns customer communication, delivery governance, and execution consistency across Lyra Cloud Services (LCS) engagements. • Manage project plans, timelines, risks, and dependencies • Coordinate internal engineers and external stakeholders to ensure smooth delivery • Serve as the initial point of contact for inbound LCS opportunities • Qualify incoming opportunities and coordinate internal handoff to architecture and leadership • Ensure new engagements are properly scoped, documented, and positioned for delivery success • Partner with Finance/Ops to ensure MAP milestones, invoicing, and compliance requirements are met
