Job Description

• Execute and optimize paid media campaigns across both search and social channels for North American markets, ensuring alignment with e-commerce business objectives. • Execute and optimize campaigns across platforms including Google Ads, Meta, and Tiktok • Focus on achieving key performance goals, especially CPA (Cost Per Acquisition), Leads, Video Views, etc to drive efficient customer acquisition and conversion. • Conduct A/B testing for ad creatives, landing pages, and targeting strategies to continually improve performance. • Monitor and report on campaign performance, providing actionable insights to optimize budgets, bids, and targeting.

Job Requirements

Paid Search & Paid Social Expertise: Proven experience executing and managing paid campaigns across both Google Ads and Meta Ads.
E-commerce Experience: Strong background in running paid media campaigns for e-commerce businesses, with a focus on driving conversions.
Data-Driven: Ability to track, analyze, and optimize based on key metrics such as CPA, CTR, and ROAS, and familiarity with Google Analytics and/or Tableau.
Goal-oriented: Focused on achieving performance targets and maximizing ROI.
Proactive Optimizer: Skilled at identifying opportunities for improving performance through creative testing, budget reallocation, and strategy adjustments.
Time Zone: Based in Pacific Time Zone hours for seamless team collaboration. Open to meet over Zoom, as needed M-F.
