Job Description
• Work directly with the existing revenue team and own the full sales cycle
• Close media partnerships, sponsorships, and advertising deals with crypto-native and Web3 companies, as well as broader fintech and tech brands
• Leverage our strong industry network to expand your existing knowledge base
• Build your own personal brand on social media and within the industry
Job Requirements
- 2–5 years experience in media, advertising, or sponsorship sales
- Strong understanding of crypto, blockchain, and digital assets (you're at least crypto-curious, ideally crypto-native)
- Track record of building pipelines and consistently closing mid-sized sponsorship deals ($10K–$100K)
- Strong client relationship skills and a hunter mentality
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Bonus if you have: Experience selling across multiple media formats (display, audio, events, content syndication)
