Role Description
We are hiring a PPC Manager with strong expertise in Google Ads and paid media strategy to drive scalable, high-ROI campaigns. This role is ideal for a performance marketer who thrives in data-driven environments and has a proven track record of optimizing and scaling paid acquisition channels. You will take ownership of campaign strategy, execution, and performance, working closely with cross-functional teams to continuously improve results.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and optimize Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, YouTube, Performance Max)
- Manage multi-channel paid campaigns (Google, Meta, LinkedIn as needed)
- Conduct keyword research, audience segmentation, and competitor analysis
- Optimize campaigns to improve ROAS, CPA, CTR, and conversion rates
- Design and execute A/B tests across ad creatives, landing pages, and bidding strategies
- Analyze campaign data and deliver actionable insights through reporting
- Manage and allocate budgets efficiently to maximize performance
- Implement and oversee conversion tracking (GA4, Google Tag Manager)
- Collaborate with design, content, and CRO teams to improve funnel performance
- Stay updated on PPC trends, platform updates, and best practices
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in PPC / Paid Media Management
- Proven track record managing Google Ads campaigns with measurable ROI
- Strong understanding of conversion tracking, GA4, and attribution models
- Experience running A/B tests and optimizing campaign performance
- Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into strategy
- Familiarity with CRO and landing page optimization principles
- Experience with tools such as Google Ads Editor, SEMrush, Ahrefs, or similar
- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate across teams
- Experience in B2B, SaaS, or eCommerce environments is preferred
