Job Description

• Design and maintain overall architectural framework for ServiceNow solutions • Develop and maintain custom ServiceNow Service Portals • Create and enhance custom widgets using AngularJS, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS • Lead design and development of custom applications • Architect and implement complex data integrations with external systems • Oversee deployment, administration, and maintenance of on-premise ServiceNow instances • Provide expert-level support for complex incidents • Act as a subject matter expert (SME)

Job Requirements

  • 10+ years of related experience
  • Extensive experience with ServiceNow architecture, development, and best practices
  • Proven expertise in ServiceNow Service Portal development and custom widget creation
  • Proven experience with the configuration and optimization of ServiceNow Workspaces
  • Strong knowledge of the platform's core modules
  • Strong experience with XML data digestion and generation
  • Excellent understanding of Agile software testing process
  • Bachelor’s degree or technical training/certification
  • ServiceNow Certified Systems Administrator
