Compensation: $77,000/year
Location: Fully Remote – EST (U.S. Only)

We’re currently hiring a full-time Licensed Independent Mental Health Practitioner (LIMHP) or Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) to provide virtual outpatient therapy for adult patients through one of our trusted Nebraska-based partners.
What You'll Do
As part of a collaborative, well-supported care team, you'll:
Conduct comprehensive initial evaluations and establish initial treatment plans.
Provide both therapy services to patients (ages 18+) with moderate/high acuity.
Collaborate with a wide network of support, including psychiatry, crisis services, peer support, case managers, and more.
More About the Role
Setting: 100% Remote | Outpatient CCBHC located in Nebraska
Schedule: Mon–Fri, 40 hrs/wk in CST | Flexible, can accommodate 8 or 10 hour shifts
Appointments: 60-120 minutes for initial evaluations, 60minutes for follow-up appointments
Administrative time: Flexible
Caseload: 6-8 clients scheduled per day

Qualifications:
Proven experience in providing therapy services as an independently Licensed Independent Mental Health Practitioner (LIMHP) or Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW)
Active Nebraska LIMHP and/or LICSW license strongly preferred
Full-time availability (40 hours per week) during CST
Experience and comfort treating patients across varying acuity levels
Telehealth experience preferred
Reside in the U.S. or a U.S. territory
