Job Requirements
- 5+ years of progressive HR experience, ideally within an agency, media, or professional services environment.
- Bachelor’s degree; a SHRM-CP/SHRM-SCP or PHR/SPHR is highly preferred.
- Proficient with HRIS platforms (Paylocity experience is a gold star).
- Ability to build a compelling narrative in Excel and PowerPoint.
- Must be able to manage high-level retention strategy and payroll troubleshooting effectively.
