Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 8 years of progressive HRIS experience, with a minimum of 4 years in a leadership role
- Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience with Workday across multiple modules
- Proven experience leading HRIS strategy and governance in a complex organizational environment
- Strong understanding of HR processes and practices
- Experience managing vendor relationships and system integrations
- Flexibility and ability to pivot to new projects and desire to work in fast-paced environment
- Strategic thinking and ability to align HRIS with broader business goals
- Strong project management and organizational skills
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management abilities
- Analytical mindset with attention to data integrity and system performance
- Adaptable leader comfortable working in fast-paced, changing environments
- Workday Pro certification(s) preferred
- Experience with global HRIS implementation preferred
- MBA or Master's in HR or related business discipline preferred
