• Manage the success of the Appraisal team, ultimately driving individual and organizational success. • Recommend new workforce models and strategies that allow us to reduce costs associated with handling virtual appraisals. • Build, implement, and manage both manual and automated workflows to increase operational efficiency. • Use data to articulate current and future planning and report on successes and opportunities. • Apply knowledge of industry best practices to build out programming that will improve quality in the claims handling as well as services such as repair management and field appraisals. • Coach and mentor estimating managers, encouraging collaboration and elevating overall department performance.
