Remote (Must reside in MN, IA, NE, SD, or ND) | ~50–60% Travel
Adisseo is seeking a Business Manager – Dairy & Beef to lead commercial growth across the Upper Midwest territory (Minnesota, Iowa, Nebraska, South Dakota, and North Dakota).
This is a territory-based, relationship-driven role combining commercial ownership, technical credibility, and strategic customer partnership within the ruminant industry. You will work closely with nutritionists, producers, feed mills, and distribution partners to deliver practical nutritional solutions that improve animal performance and long-term customer value.
Responsibilities
What You Will Own

Drive sustainable growth of Adisseo’s dairy and beef portfolio across the Upper Midwest

Develop and execute a clear territory strategy aligned with regional objectives

Build long-term, trust-based relationships with nutritionists, producers, and key industry partners

Partner with customers to promote amino acid balancing and tailored nutritional solutions
-
Collaborate with Technical Managers, Marketing, and cross-functional teams to deliver consistent customer support

Represent Adisseo at customer meetings, industry events, and regional conferences

Maintain structured pipeline and activity visibility through CRM tools
Territory & Travel

Territory: MN, IA, NE, SD, ND

Remote role with required residence within the territory

Approximately 50–60% travel across the region

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Animal Science, Nutrition, Agriculture, or a related field
-
5+ years of experience in the dairy, beef, animal nutrition, or feed industry
-
Proven ability to build trusted relationships with nutritionists, producers, and industry stakeholders

Consultative and solution-oriented commercial approach

Strong organizational skills and ability to manage a geographically dispersed territory

Comfort working autonomously while collaborating with cross-functional teams
Preferred (But Not Required)

Knowledge of amino acid balancing concepts

Experience with formulation tools (e.g., CNCPS, NRC)

Ability to translate technical concepts into practical customer value

Experience using CRM and data tools to manage territory performance
