Job Requirements
- Experienced user researcher with a strong track record delivering practical, insight-led research for B2B websites and digital experiences
- Experience conducting user interviews with buyers, decision-makers, and end users
- Ability to identify meaningful patterns around motivations, barriers, language, and trust
- Comfortable running website user testing across live sites, prototypes, and wireframes
- Experience conducting competitor analysis and UX heuristic reviews
- Understanding of CRO and optimisation in B2B contexts
- Highly skilled at synthesising research into clear outputs that designers, strategists, and clients can act on
- Effective communication skills
- Experience in agency environments
