Job Description
Job Requirements
- Minimum of 5+ years of experience working as a Business Analyst or in a similar role working on Oracle Finance implementations, enhancements, or support engagements
- Strong understanding of Finance business processes, with demonstrable experience in analysing processes and recommending practical improvements
- Strong understanding and hands-on experience with key Oracle E-Business Suite R12 Finance modules, including Purchasing, iProcurement, Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), and Cash Management
- Proven experience of working on global cross-functional IT initiatives or within a global, multi-regional organisation
- Proven ability to build and manage effective stakeholder relationships across Business, IT, and external teams to drive alignment and outcomes
- Strong collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively as part of cross-functional and geographically distributed teams
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders, facilitate discussions, and document solutions clearly and effectively
- Demonstrated ability to elicit, analyse, document, and validate business and functional requirements, and translate them into clear system specifications
- Experience of working with offshore or near-shore delivery and support teams
- Experience of supporting or delivering integrations between Oracle Financial modules and third-party systems
- Flexible and adaptable, with the ability to operate outside of a defined comfort zone and work across functional boundaries
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with high attention to detail and the ability to structure and communicate complex information.
