About the Role:

We are seeking an Associate Project Manager to support the deployment of Platform Services projects for our customers. The successful candidate will manage smaller-scale projects simultaneously while assisting with queue management and project coordination. This fast-paced role requires excellent organizational skills, the ability to context switch effectively, and basic understanding of Crowdstrike solutions. The associate project manager will work independently with support from the broader PMO, while coordinating with technical teams, sales, and customer stakeholders.

What You'll Do:

  • Simultaneously manage 30-40 smaller-scale implementation projects through their lifecycle

  • Support queue management for on-hold projects 

  • Develop and maintain project schedules for multiple concurrent implementations

  • Coordinate daily with clients to gather information, provide updates, and manage expectations

  • Support technical resources across multiple projects to ensure timely delivery

  • Track and report project status, risks, and dependencies across the project portfolio

  • Maintain accurate project documentation and status tracking for numerous concurrent projects

  • Ensure consistent project delivery standards across multiple smaller implementations

What You'll Need:

  • 2+ years of experience in IT project coordination or junior PM roles

  • Basic understanding of cyber solutions and security implementations

  • Experience with fast-paced, high-volume project environments

  • Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple concurrent projects

  • Excellent communication skills with emphasis on clear, concise updates

  • Demonstrated ability to context switch effectively between different projects

  • Problem-solving skills with focus on quick issue resolution

  • Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent experience

Bonus Points:

  • Familiarity with cyber solutions (Splunk, IBM, QRadar, etc.)

  • CAPM certification or working toward PMP

  • Experience with project management tools and tracking systems
