Job Description

• Customer facing responsible for winning business in the Data Centre Market • Strategic thinker with strong leadership skills and good understanding of the Data Centre industry • Develop and execute commercial strategy for sale of Grid Solutions Power Transmission business line products and services • Collaborate with region sales managers and cross-functional teams to deliver customized solutions • Own the accurate forecasting of orders, convertible orders, margins, and sales for customer(s) • Develop and own strategic customer relationships with key decision makers • Drive identification, prospecting and creation of new sales opportunities • Provide feedback regarding market trends, pricing and competition to product line marketing • Perform periodic account reviews with management

Job Requirements

Bachelor's Degree OR (High School Diploma or Equivalent with a minimum of 10 years of direct sales, Channels sales, account or team leadership experience)
10 Years of direct sales, channel sales, or account leadership experience
Ability and willingness to travel approximately 50% of the time as required
5 years or more of proven successful sales experience in Data Centre industry, ideally with experience in Electrical equipment Power & Distribution Transformers, High Voltage Circuit Breakers, Disconnectors and Instrument Transformers
