Job Description

• Partner with Corporate Legal teams and business stakeholders to identify opportunities, streamline workflows, and implement smarter ways of working. • Ask the right questions, map the current state, and help design scalable solutions. • Collaborate with legal professionals, technology partners, and analytics resources to improve legal work management and delivery across the organization. • Identify, document, and map business processes, uncover inefficiencies, and recommend improvements. • Collect and analyze process and operational data to develop insights and recommend improvements to business practices and procedures.

Job Requirements

  • 3 or more years of experience in business process improvement, consulting, legal operations, analytics, or a related field.
  • Experience working with stakeholders to identify, document, and improve operational processes.
  • Ability to work in environments where processes may not be clearly defined and translate operational needs into structured workflows.
  • Familiarity with legal or knowledge management systems such as matter management platforms, document management systems, or workflow automation tools.
  • Experience with platforms such as Tea.mConnect, LexisNexis, iManage, SharePoint, or similar tools is beneficial.
  • Exposure to workflow automation tools such as Power Automate or similar technologies.
  • Experience using data or analytics to support operational improvements.
  • Experience working with legal teams, corporate legal departments, or regulatory environments is helpful.
