Job Description

• Ensure clinical programs engage the right members at the right time. • Serve as both a strategist and a business partner. • Work as the subject matter expert helping clinical teams navigate complex logic. • Partner with clinical teams to architect workflows connecting members between programs. • Lead the operational push to build comprehensive, clinically precise pictures of members’ health. • Leverage data to determine root causes of performance variability.

Job Requirements

3+ years of experience driving operational performance improvement in complex, regulated, or data-rich environments.
Scrappy execution & fast cycles. You are a self-starter who prefers progress over perfection.
Strong analytical thinking and toolkit. You are comfortable building sophisticated models to size opportunities and evaluate experiments.
Demonstrated leadership impact. Experience successfully influencing outcomes across organizational levels.
Operational architect. A track record of refining complex workflows.
