Job Description
• Provide support for the development and execution of the region’s growth marketing initiatives to meet dynamic sales goals for the region
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create tailored, high-impact RFP responses
• Maintain and update the RFP platform and library of responses
• Lead the creation and delivery of persuasive finalist PowerPoint presentations
• Work directly with producers and sales teams to support lead generation and close sales opportunities
• Collaborate on brand awareness activities in the region
• Curate and produce regional content across channels (web, email, social, print)
• Translate complex topics into clear, compelling narratives and CTAs
• Plan and support regional growth events (owned and sponsored)
Job Requirements
- 3+ years of B2B marketing experience (professional services or Insurance/Financial Services a plus)
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or related field of study
- High level of proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud and/or Canva; expert PowerPoint
- Hands-on experience with HubSpot (or similar Marketing Automation tool), Microsoft Dynamics 365 (or similar CRM), and project management tools (Monday.com/Asana)
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and project management skills
- Familiarity with paid media execution/optimization (Google/LinkedIn) and UTM discipline
- Proven ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Collaborative, resourceful, and data-curious—comfortable making recommendations from insights
- Growth mindset: seeks feedback, learns quickly, and raises the bar.
