Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field
- 10+ years of experience as a Business Analyst (state, local, or corporate environments)
- Strong experience with CCWIS systems, including intake and case management processes
- Experience working on COTS CCWIS implementations (e.g., RedMane or similar)
- Proven experience in requirements gathering, workflow analysis, and documentation
- Experience facilitating workshops, interviews, and stakeholder sessions
- Strong experience with Agile methodologies
- Ability to translate high-level requirements into actionable tasks
- Strong skills in budgeting, scope management, and risk management
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
