Job Description
• Meet sales and revenue goals by designing and executing plans to achieve these goals.
• Create strategies to combat potential revenue losses.
• Works closely with internal partners to stay current on the options to be provided to our existing base.
• Assesses health of relationship with customer by working closely with the customer partnership team and business analytics functions.
• Performs ongoing customer reviews with internal team to strategize on opportunities to bolster PG outcomes.
• Stays abreast of market dynamics, competitors, customer dynamics, performing research to identify new approaches.
• Develops presentations to inform existing clients about additional opportunities.
• Creates a network of relationships externally with ecosystem partners.
• Supports the sales process from inception to close.
• Performs recurring reviews of contracts.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business, healthcare, or a related field, with 10 years experience in sales and/or business development, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Experience working with large national account customers.
- Experience in a client development sales role and a demonstrated pattern of success.
- Demonstrated abilities to exceed target revenue goals, provide excellent customer service, build long-term relationships, and work in a team-oriented environment.
- Knowledge of, or experience working in the Healthcare industry.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills, as well as solid presentation skills.
