Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, or related field; MBA strongly preferred.
- 12–18 years of enterprise sales experience, ideally in AI, data services, SaaS, or complex managed services.
- Proven success closing large, multi-year AI or data-driven enterprise agreements.
- Strong understanding of: AI/ML model development lifecycles
- Training data, annotation, evaluation, and RLHF
- Enterprise data governance and compliance
- Advanced negotiation expertise across MSAs, SOWs, renewals, and global procurement.
- Demonstrated ability to build and lead senior sales leadership teams.
- Strong financial acumen, forecasting discipline, and experience with P&L ownership.
- Ability to operate credibly at C-suite and board level.
- Global mindset with experience navigating complex, regulated markets.
