Job Description

• Lead partnerships with a large team of CTA members and subcontractors. • Act as Deputy PM, supporting overall program leadership and execution. • Facilitate Executive Steering Committee (ESC) meetings to ensure alignment and progress. • Monitor and report BPA performance and workshare metrics. • Develop and maintain Playbook modules focused on partner performance, reporting, and response requirements. • Create training, templates, best practices and additional information to ensure delivery success across multiple task orders with different leads. • Organize regular partner engagement meetings to discuss risks, concerns and to remove blockers to delivery success. • Identify and remove barriers (e.g., Top Secret Facility Clearance (TS FCL)) for small business subcontractors and partners. • Evaluate performance results and recommend major changes impacting short-term project growth and success.

Job Requirements

  • BA/BS degree in a related field
  • 10+ years of project/program management experience, preferably within DoD environments
  • PMP required; Agile Scrum certification preferred
  • Familiarity with DoD acquisition processes and compliance requirements
  • Proven ability to manage complex IT projects and lead technical teams
  • Proven ability to manage multiple contractors as the lead on large-scale projects
  • Ideas and skills in creating best practices as the foundation of large projects
  • Strong understanding of cost, schedule, and scope management principles
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
  • Active Secret Clearance is mandatory.
