Job Description
• Work closely with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) at select institutions and accounts
• Create content for commercial tactics including promotional speaker bureaus
• Cultivate and maintain long-term relationships with KOLs
• Lead development of Key Account engagement plans
• Manage KOL engagement plans at congresses
• Act as primary liaison between KOLs and home office teams
• Assist in the execution of Advisory Boards
• Develop promotional speaker bureaus and attend speaker training meetings
• Obtain feedback from KOLs for brand strategy development
Job Requirements
- MA/MS degree in related discipline desired and 11 years of related experience
- BA/BS degree in a related discipline with at least 13 years of related experience
- Field-Based/Regional Marketing experience
- Oncology therapeutic area experience
- Launch experience
- Expert knowledge of relevant products and associated therapeutic areas
- Knowledge of KOLs and compliant KOL development practices
- Strong organization, planning, and analytical skills
- Demonstrated project management skills
- Ability to work independently under tight timelines
- Valid driver's license
- Must reside within the geographic area of the assigned territory
- ~65% travel required
