• Manage the execution of Legal Department processes and standard operating procedures. • Develop, implement, and manage key operational metrics and dashboards in collaboration with the Chief Legal Officer to measure team performance and identify opportunities for improvement. • Provide some paralegal responsibilities, including contract intake and tracking, and management of regulatory and corporate filings. • Drive process improvement initiatives from planning to execution, ensuring adoption and scalability. • Lead the evaluation, selection, implementation, and integration of core Legal technology platforms, tools, and systems. • Own Legal Department knowledge management initiatives, including the development of departmental playbooks, driving tech-enabled organization of critical legal records, and developing and providing related training. • Manage relationships with vendors and outside counsel, including onboarding, performance tracking, and budget adherence. • Partner with Compliance to develop and implement Legal and Compliance policies and procedures for the Company. • Prepare engaging and impactful reports and presentations using Google Slides. • Perform other duties as assigned.
