Job Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a corporate communication function
- BA/BS in marketing, communications or another related field is preferred
- Strong written communication skills
- Experience with social media platforms and postings, including Glassdoor and LinkedIn
- Experience collaborating with leaders and cross-functional teams
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple deadlines
- Ability to use data and metrics to inform communication strategies
- Comfort with new technologies, including AI
- Experience in event coordination and communication logistics
- Proficiency with digital communication tools and Microsoft Office Suite
