Job Description

• Own strategic account management for key Medical Device and Life Sciences customers — developing and executing plans that expand revenue, strengthen engagement, and enhance customer satisfaction. • Act as the primary customer advocate internally, ensuring their business needs translate into actionable solutions across engineering, manufacturing, and support functions. • Partner closely with operations, engineering, and supply chain to manage account profitability (P&L) and deliver sustainable growth. • Build and maintain multi-level relationships, including executive and operational leaders, to position Spartronics as a trusted, long-term EMS partner. • Anticipate customer needs and identify new business opportunities, driving account expansion through consultative selling and value-added solutions. • Represent Spartronics at industry events, conferences, and key customer engagements as a subject matter expert and strategic advisor.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree with 12+ years of proven success in the electronics manufacturing services (EMS) industry – or a Master’s degree with 8+ years of related experience.
  • 5+ years of direct business development or sales experience in the EMS / contract manufacturing space.
  • Solid background in Medical Device or Life Sciences markets, with knowledge of relevant regulations and compliance requirements.
  • Deep understanding of medical device regulatory frameworks and qualification processes for product transfer and production.
  • Exceptional relationship-building and communication skills — able to influence and engage at all organizational levels.
  • Strong business acumen, with experience managing account P&Ls and shaping customer strategies for profitable growth.
  • Expertise in consultative, solution-based selling to complex, global customers.
  • Proficiency in business systems, CRM tools, and digital collaboration platforms.
  • A strategic, decisive mindset, with the ability to operate autonomously and drive results in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.
