• Verify and update all patient demographic and insurance information to ensure timely reimbursement • Monitor outstanding balances and take appropriate actions to ensure clients pay as billed • Bills the appropriate payor • Manage the preparation of invoices and complete reconciliation of billing with accounts receivables • Supports process improvements to assure quality and timely documentation • Works closely with all billing and support service groups to assure maximum reimbursement • Adhere to all practice policies related to OSHA, HIPAA, and CMS Compliance • Exceptional data entry skills which include identifying all required information and the accuracy of same • Possess excellent phone and customer service skills and abilities • Adheres to all billing policies and procedures always • Responds professionally and timely to phone calls • Meet and/or exceed daily goal volumes
