Job Description
• Drive market growth across Texas and expand our client base within the TPA and broker ecosystem.
• Shape and execute Nomi’s go-to-market strategy.
• Drive revenue through innovative healthcare fintech solutions.
• Build and maintain executive-level relationships with key decision-makers in the healthcare benefits ecosystem.
• Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitive activity to identify growth opportunities.
• Represent Nomi at client meetings, conferences, and industry events.
Job Requirements
- 10+ years of progressive sales experience in healthcare, benefits, or fintech, including 3+ years in leadership roles.
- Deep understanding of TPA operations, broker networks, and the healthcare benefits ecosystem.
- Proven success in leading and scaling sales teams while consistently exceeding revenue goals.
- Experience selling complex solutions such as healthcare analytics, PBM or network contracting.
- Strong executive communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to collaborate cross-functionally in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.
