• Own performance tracking across all marketing touchpoints (digital, paid media, content, brand, campaign activity) • Build and maintain dashboards, scorecards, and reporting frameworks that provide clear, actionable insights • Analyze campaign performance and audience behavior to identify trends, opportunities, and inefficiencies • Partner with marketing, creative, and leadership teams to translate data into strategic recommendations • Identify what’s working, what’s underperforming, and where to optimize spend, messaging, or channels • Develop hypotheses, test-and-learn approaches, and post-campaign analyses • Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across platforms and reports • Bring external perspective, spotting patterns, benchmarks, and opportunities others may overlook
