Job Description

• Identify and establish relationships with new prospective clients to drive business growth. • Effectively demonstrate the Fluency Platform to various stakeholders within a prospective client’s organization, including users, directors, managers, and executives. • Develop and present compelling business cases to showcase the value of Fluency’s implementation for prospective clients. • Maintain a proactive follow-up routine and outreach strategy to generate new business opportunities. • Close new business deals, ensuring successful conversion from prospect to client. • Travel to meet with prospective clients and attend industry events, up to 35%, though typically less. • Maintain an organized pipeline and regularly communicate updates to executives. • Act as the voice of the customer, providing insights and feedback to internal teams. • Contribute to the development of onboarding guides and best practices to ensure smooth client integration. • Support and drive efforts to ensure seamless onboarding for new clients.

Job Requirements

  • Strong drive for success and achieving business goals
  • Expertise and thought leadership in Digital Advertising, including PPC, Facebook, and Display Advertising
  • Proven track record of developing and closing enterprise-level business opportunities
  • Exceptional public speaking and presentation skills
  • Open to feedback, with a strong ability to adapt and grow
  • Passion for collaborating with and supporting peers to drive team success
