Job Description
• Develop, launch, and manage the Verbatik affiliate program across global markets
• Recruit, onboard, and nurture new affiliate partners
• Optimize campaigns to maximize ROI and conversion rates
• Monitor performance metrics, prepare reports, and identify growth opportunities
• Collaborate with the marketing team to align affiliate promotions with overall brand strategy
• Stay updated on affiliate marketing trends, tools, and best practices
Job Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in affiliate marketing / partnerships
- Proven track record of growing and managing affiliate programs
- Strong knowledge of affiliate networks, tracking platforms, and analytics
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze and act on performance metrics
- Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently in a remote environment
