• Lead day-to-day delivery operations across Strategic Business Units (SBUs). • Standardize workflows, tools, and reporting to ensure consistent, high-quality project execution. • Monitor project performance against KPIs, budgets, and timelines; partner cross-functionally with Research, Operations, and Finance. • Partner with project leads to develop accurate revenue forecasts (within 5% of actuals). • Track utilization, capacity, margins, and revenue pull-through across SBUs. • Lead resource allocation and forecast staffing needs based on pipeline and project demand. • Identify operational bottlenecks and implement scalable, data-driven solutions. • Champion continuous improvement through training, documentation, and system adoption. • Manage external consultants, budgets, onboarding, and invoicing. • Serve as Smartsheet system administrator, ensuring accurate project setup, change orders, and financial alignment. • Lead project close-out reviews, capture learnings, and drive operational improvements.
