Job Description
• Represent one of the leading brands in the HVAC distribution channel promoting the Bosch portfolio
• Responsible for selling Residential and Commercial HVAC equipment, parts, and supplies to HVAC contractors
• Develop partnerships with existing customers to increase share of wallet
• Recruit new customers into the York family to increase market share
• Negotiate prices and terms of sale
• Ensure customers attend industry-leading training classes
Job Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 5+ years of HVAC knowledge
- 5+ years of customer service experience
- Experience supporting the sales team
- Proficiency in Windows and Microsoft Office software
- Strong interpersonal, customer relationship and decision-making skills
- Effective and professional communication and organization skills
- Strong analytical skills and a positive human relations orientation
