Job Description
• Build, manage, and grow relationships with independent insurance agencies
• Drive new business opportunities and expand agency engagement
• Collaborate cross-functionally with underwriting and business development teams
• Manage territory pipelines and ensure profitable growth
• Document all activity within the Agency Relationship Management system
• Attend agency visits and industry events to drive business
Job Requirements
- Strong sales presentation and persuasion skills
- Conduct thoughtful and strategic conversations
- Must be comfortable with negotiating and leveraging a sales approach
- Possess a high sense of urgency and self-confidence
- Strong work ethic and positive attitude
- Passionate, energetic, self-motivated who thrives and can achieve sales goals
- At least 1 year of business experience, either in insurance sales or insurance services
- Workers’ compensation or insurance experience is required
- Bachelor’s in business or related field mandatory
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, G Suite, or similar software
- Ability to travel up to 50% of the time
