Job Description

• Coordinate Business Email Compromise (BEC) and Data Mining projects from start to finish • Partner with technical teams, forensic investigators, and client leadership • Ensure every step is documented, every deadline is met, and every communication is clear, timely, and actionable • Manage priorities, track progress, and keep stakeholders aligned • Support for other Incident Response projects as needed • Bring structure, coordination, and confidence to situations where accuracy and timeliness are critical

Job Requirements

5+ years of project management or coordination experience (professional services or consulting preferred)
Proven ability to manage multiple, fast-moving priorities under tight deadlines
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in documentation and reporting
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including client-facing updates
Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams, including technical experts, legal counsel, and client stakeholders
Comfortable working flexible hours to meet client needs during active projects
Bachelor’s degree in business, communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
